Fake news is something I believe that mostly generated by some cryptocurrency news platform if not there's no way it will happen and if the SEC wants to do a good job in the cryptocurrency market they ought to start penalizing news site that provides fake news.

Yes, but this is the normal mode of operation of most reputable cryptocurrency exchanges and there's also a form agreement between the exchange and the project owner once the project crypto can't keep up with the agreement it will be delisted

Exchanges should never be trusted because anything can go wrong. They can be hacked and they may not have the opportunity to explain or inform anyone in time.
Even if they explain or inform their user in time the hack has already happened and there's no way to safeguard it than to pray for the possible mistake of the attacker which will expose the attacker.
Having said that, we only talk about exchange but I believe people need to be careful of the wallet they also use either. Do you hear what happens to Atomic Wallet?

Yes, those types of people are everywhere in the cryptocurrency market and we will always have them but when others that listen to advice are fully aware they will be the ones to bring the mistake of those that didn't listen.
