It is now time for the international break, so no club football in the next two weeks. There was news in the media yesterday that Rashford and Haaland have been withdrawn from their national sides because of injury, but many fans do not believe it, they think the players are faking the injury so they will be fit for their clubs immediately after the international break, what do you guys think?
You really would not blame them if they indeed are faking the injuries. Club football is at the business end and every team needs their top players to be on top form and also remain fit, and they see international friendlies as a distraction to the team.
In another perspective you would consider patriotism to their nation and wanting to represent the badge with honor. They would probably take competitive country fixtures more serious.
This is the reason I find it ironic when people say they want banks to regulate cryptocurrency. Take a look at the fiat financial system and how broken it is under their watch and at their behest sometimes. Crypto is the breath of fresh air we are all enjoying and it would surely be broken as well if the government are allowed to centralize it.
SVB was set up to fail, same with other banks. Their policies are not just progressive.
Thank you for asking. The government never liked the idea of cryptocurrency being the world currency. When Mark Zuckerberg will introduce his Libira crypto he claimed it was going to be a world currency, after that different government agents started to question him in court until they make him bow out.
I do not think cryptocurrency users should have also liked the idea of Libra becoming the global system. Cryptos are meant to be decentralized and not controlled by one individual as Mark Zuckerburg wanted it to be. And there were so many factors that made the project to fail.
Ok so I believe that there is a Sport channel already available, the fact that anyone can create their own channel doesn’t mean any one should take advantage of that and reproduce just any channel.
Systems like that are very easily abused by people either ignorantly or trying to troll the forum. I believe the creation of channels should be moderated somehow and maybe for just the early periods till a working system that can operate independently is set up.
FTX case is the case of not your seed phase not your wallet, not only did those users risk it all including their privacy by choosing centralized exchange, they went the extra mile to make the mistake of leaving their cryptos on an exchange.
To them it was not a mistake and they would repeat it if given the opportunity cause they have gotten used to trusting an establishment like the banks or government and are not ready to be unregulated and free.
There has been numerous hacks in the past and people still leave their money with centralized platforms.
It is a very good position for Barcelona and it is now their title to lose owing to their huge advantage over their chasing contenders. You can only double spend a transaction when it has not gotten any confirmation, this does not count as reversing the transaction. Once it has been confirmed, there is no plausible way to reverse it, except you want to hijack the entire blockchain.
For ridiculously high amounts, you can wait for 3-6 confirmations.

Not at all. They are free to interact in the main boards and also their local boards. I have seen it work in other forums and it does not limit anyone, it instead helps those who cannot speak English fluently.

If they cannot communicate in English or do not wish to, they can petition the admins to give them a local section, they already have the demand and activity to fill up the board.

You can pretty much use any cryptocurrency without anyone being able to trace it to you, it is designed to be cryptic so as long as you avoid centralized exchanges, you should be fine.
What makes privacy coins different is that your blockchain activities cannot be linked together. With bitcoin you are pseudo anonymous; I know a wallet owns certain amount of coins, but do not know the owner, with privacy coins, you cannot tell which wallet is transferring to which.
Yes, UtopiaP2P is designed to be a peer-2-peer decentralized platform but not Crypton Exchange if the anonymity of the exchange wants to be at the peak level.
Can you elaborate more on what you mean here? A P2P decentralized platform functions fine while maintaining the anonymity of the users, you just need to pick the right means of receiving fiat and maintain your privacy.
Peak level anonymity is only possible on such platforms even.
uMail is not actually linked to the Crypton Exchange, it's the uWallet public keys that were linked to the exchange but UtopiaP2P has a transaction notification for each outbound or inbound transaction received by the wallet. Is like setting up a transaction notification bot for a certain wallet just through the Public key.
I am aware of how the Crypton exchange works and was not referring to that. I was instead referring to the forum here and how we do not need an email link to profiles when another more private alternative like public keys exist.
Utopia is functioning great as a private platform.
Many people seem not to understand English is the default setting in most sites and apps. So it will take a while for it to be able to communicate in other languages. I see the Utopia community moving in that direction.
I would say many people do if they use most sites and apps and pay attention to the nuances in them.
If there is enough demand for another language then the admins would consider it. For not, I cannot see any language barrier so there is no pressing need now. With more growth we would be moving in that direction.

In my opinion, this is an unrealsitic expectation of the market in the rest of the year, which is already one quarter done. That is almost a 10× from the current price and we are dip in a bear market. I expect coins like CRP to rise regardless of the market season, but predictions should be made in moderation.
Hitting $1 before the end of the year is more probable.

Such platforms definitely exists, one just need to know the right places to look for them.
One I know of is Signal which is a privacy inclined version of whatsApp and ticks all the boxes you pointed out
Another is Bisq, which is a privacy oriented exchange which replaces centralized platforms.

I still believe that if they have the knowledge and also fully understand their roles and responsibilities there will be better outcomes in the result of people who are willing to become their own bank.
By doing a bit of research. Getting to understand how custodial and non custodial wallets function and which gives them access to their private keys. This is a simple check that anyone can do and be ready to set up their non custodial wallets within minutes.
You are allowed to have different opinions from others, but for me I would say the dependence on the banking system has made people reliant on such a setting and not willing to change despite obvious reasons to.

I meant that people who indulge in activities like gambling or day trading which can easily get one addicted but resists it are people who have strong resolves and they find other thing that takes their time, so they do not spend the whole day on a particular activity.

Yes, I do love to play football as a hobby and would say I was a bit good at it. I have oter engagements now and so do not engage in it as much as I used to.
I don’t think it’s wise for anyone to actually convert their cryptocurrency into fiat and save, you would only be missing out on all the benefits that the decentralized nature of Cryptocurrency offer.
That is true. Do not hold more than you need at the time to spend on daily expenses in fiat. Anything more puts you at risk on inflation or economic crisis.
I try to dissuade people from saving in fiat in a centralized banks, but I do not push too much as it is a financial decision and you cannot make it for someone else.

The ways I see one can support is by using it in a decentralized way and not putting more coins into the hands of centralized exchanges and platforms. Also supporting this forum by sharing useful information to other members so they can learn more and contribute better.

This in another way to look at it which I have not considered yet. I could use monero as a case study, being a privacy coin itself, if it can survive in China comfortably, that would mean that anonymous and privacy-centric coins are more likely yo be used in a dictatorship regime that does not support it.
When an individual lacks knowledge or doesn't fully understand the concept of something or information, they can take full responsibility if it. For instance, A man who properly understood the intricacies of owning a business including the benefits and losses will likely go ahead with building a business provided the advantages outweighs the disadvantages.
This would apply if people truly lacked the knowledge or understanding on how it works, but many today fully understand it but chose to rely on centralized means of storage cause that offers less responsibility and you do not have to be your own banks.
There are also many resources one can use to learn if they are interested in doing so, but many are not.
