I hope you are not trying to compare saudi Arabian clubs with psg, they are not on the same level. Psg have stopped buying flashy players, they are tired of doing all that because it did not work for them, psg want to buy young players, this will help them perform better.

That's true but sometimes clubs need to consider the interest of a player and never use high price tags to prevent them from moving to their club of choice.
