Arsenal have now signed Declan Rice, i didn’t know that Arsenal can spend this kind of money on one player, they used to be a stingy club, but i think they now know they have to spend money before they can win trophies, declan rice is a good player and he will help them.
Declan rice was obviously a great signing for arsenal and I believe he has lots of potentials and he would offer the gunners defense solidity and also experience.

Well I don't believe in English players I feel they are very much hyped so let's just see how good he is at arsenal

I know that man city will get the player, even the player wants to come to City, he was happy when he heard that Guardiola likes him and wants him to come. Leipzig will sell him to man city, but they will pay them well for the player, City will be stronger next season.

Well the player has agreed a person term with Manchester city this shows that he actually wants to play for city so I don't think it would be hard anymore.

Arsenal have definitely done very good business in the market so far. I will say Liverpool have done the same with the signing of two new midfielders who are young and promising.
Manchester City have been very quiet after signing Kovacic who will be replacing Gundogan who was sold to Barca, Chelsea have also been quiet in the transfer market after losing a couple of first team players.

Well the transfer window hasn't been difficult many clubs has respected the wishes of their players and I think it's a beautiful thing to see when clubs become that matured

With all this Market spending from lots of the big English premier don't be surprised if this would be the season for the underdogs and we may see teams like Tottenham Hotspur winning it.

Mason Mount has gone to manchester united from chelsea, chelsea fans are sad that mount has gone to united, but i have not seen united fans happy that mount is in their team. I don’t think many united fans believe in Mount, when the season will start he can win them over.
