In as much as Utopia p2p has lots of usable utilities I still don't believe it's impossible to actually use all of Utopia p2p utilities, infact there are people who uses it every day

No forum would create utilities their communities won’t make use of, and hence it can reduce the interest of the users and cause them to look out for another better option that serves them their need and uses

They would be the major target of such an implementation.
