If you are still using Cex centralized exchange do not feel bad about yourself I actually don't see much wrong in still using centralized exchange.

As a trader I would like to have more options in terms of trading pairs this has been the issue I have always been talking about and crypton exchange needs to list more pairs

Well you can't speak for everyone you and I may love the decentralized system of things but some people like the centralized system.
It's actually not about speaking for everyone is about stating the obvious, it's risky trusting a centralized exchange.

Yes, decentralized exchanges have free listing and can be done by anyone but Centralized exchanges like Binance require a listing protocol and some fees to be paid before your coin can be available for trade there, except the coin has so much liquidity and they would benefit from adding it to their options.
Yes decentralized exchange has lots of benefits above centralized exchange but it's crazy how centralized exchange is more popular tk the avarege crypto people.
I think I would take efficient over popularity, with decentralization exchange I feel secured and protected than any other exchange.
