Firstly if you write down your user name, public key, and password to your Utopia's account I don't think you should be scared of it getting lost except you are actually careless with it

Either the above user doesn't take his/her time to watch the instruction Youtube video because everything needed is already stated there and I will just advise to backup the encrypted container, seeds phrase, private keys, password, and username offline.
