Timestamp Synchronization On The Utopia Client

Not sure if this problem only happens to me, but the timestamp only follows my online time.
For example, I go online at 11.00 am, then I will see some posts from today has the same timestamp as my online time, although it's actually posted at a different time.

This is the problem I have with cryptocurrency payment transactions. I wonder where is this inaccuracy coming from?
