Inactivity can lead to a host of physical health problems, including weight gain, muscle weakness, poor circulation, and increased risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and certain types of cancer.

Inactivity and a lack of social interaction can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety, which can have a negative impact on mental health and well-being.

Sitting at home doing nothing can lead to a lack of social interaction, which could leave individuals feeling isolated, lonely, and disconnected from others, leading to further mental health issues.

Sitting at home doing nothing over a prolonged period can lead to the individual becoming stagnant and not developing themselves professionally.

If an individual is not employed or attending school, sitting at home doing nothing can potentially lead to financial problems, as it may result in a loss of income and limited job prospects.

Long stretches of inactivity at home can be bad for one's physical and mental health as well as their social and professional well-being and financial situation.

Yes, volunteering engaging in hobbies or pursuing educational opportunities, exercising regularly, and building and maintaining social relationships will be a good help. This is what the 90years man is doing.

Yes, sitting at home doing nothing for prolonged periods of time can have several negative consequences on an individual's physical, mental, and social well-being.

Being idle makes the bone fatigue and more over its likely that the body system easily get tired  and weak.

Not engaging in physical activity can lead to decreased muscle strength, which can in turn lead to reduced mobility, balance, and coordination.

Its quite okay that in the old age once have to work out, relate with people and got engaged with something to avoid mental and emotional breakdown. But i can already see some average people with the heart of investing are already retired at earlier age.

The more investment you've got gives you the privilege to retire as fast as possible. Even by the age of 50+ and above you should enjoy your life why you can still do.

Well anyone retiring by 50 I think it may be due to some health issues or complications because retiring at that age is still very young in my opinion.

Why would a person not retire if he already reached the retirement age? It is better to enjoy life, grandchildren at that age and not waste time going to work every day. In the end, money means nothing after death.

The best retirement age varies for individuals based on personal circumstances, financial stability, and health. It's advisable to plan based on your own needs and goals, considering factors like savings, expenses, and desired lifestyle in retirement. Re: What is the best retirement Age?

Retirement age plays a significant role in assessing your risk tolerance. As you approach retirement, the ability to take on high-risk investments may decrease. Understanding this helps in adjusting your investment portfolio to balance risk and return appropriately.

Knowing when you plan to retire allows for strategic asset allocation. As you get closer to retirement, you might adjust your portfolio to include more conservative investments, aiming to protect capital and preserve wealth.
