I only Witness one person that drops a jokes in here or is it that Utopia p2p will open a forum for user's and it will all just  be flooded with no creative contribution?

Well you should understand that its not every one that can crack a joke but and the need not to encourage or make comments is essential.

Alright, that will be good and moreover i can see the features of photo uploading in a particular forum i will like to that maybe that can actually help here to share comics.

Well actually am yet to look into the posting of pics, if you feel like learning that within the Utopia p2p you can actually ask around or probably request the help in such thread you saw it .

Yes, it is hard to help him but I will suggest he make sure that the image file meets the required specifications, such as the maximum file size and file type, as specified by this forum.

A different boy chuckles.
"Why did you laugh?" the teacher asked.
I noticed your bra's two straps, boy.
Get out of here; don't return to class for the next month, said the teacher.
Little Johnny starts leaving class as the teacher stoops to grab a piece of chalk.
Teacher: "Why are you leaving?".
Johnny: "I think my days in school are over after what I saw".
