Does this mean Australia is a privacy-focused country?

I was doing some research today and I found out that Australia is one of the countries in the world where people will hardly get much information about the country on the internet. Does this mean Australia is a privacy-focused country?

Australia has regulations in place to protect the privacy of its citizens, such as the Privacy Act 1988, which regulates how personal information is handled.

Search engine algorithms constantly evolve, and their algorithms may be optimized based on user behavior, relevance, authority, or regional focus. This can impact the visibility of information about specific locations or topics.

Australia finds that a large proportion of new investment has been in the form of IT capital. Thus, firms have generally been replacing older non-IT capital with IT capital. These makes them growing in economic aspect.
