I’ve been thinking about how we can make the app even more beginner-friendly. Right now, when new users join, they sometimes struggle to understand how things like CRP, UUSD, or the P2P features work.
I’d love to see a dedicated 24/7 Help System built directly into the app (I’ve attached a UI concept of how the menu could look).
The idea is to have a one-stop shop where users can:
• Ask Questions: Get instant answers about how Utopia works.
• Wallet Support: Clear guides on depositing, withdrawing, and using CRP/UUSD safely.
• Feature Explanations: A section for people who don't understand the technical side of the ecosystem yet.
• Privacy Policy & FAQ: Quick access to the core rules and common fixes.
Having this available 24/7 inside the app would be huge for retention. It shows new users that help is always there if they get stuck. What do you think about making the "Help" section more interactive like this?
