I am sorry for this silly question, but I am curious about the answer. I really want to know.
"Is It Possible To Make Other Blockchains Lives On The Utopia Network?"
Or build a new blockchain from scratch and make it live here on the Utopia Network.

I agree. It is probably impossible to make other blockchains live on the Utopia network. Speaking of building a new blockchain inside the Utopia network, it might in theory be possible, although still very unlikely. Nevertheless, I am not an expert on this topic, so everything impossible might actually become possible at some point in the future.

Utopia p2p having it's own Blockchain is super amazing, it's not easy to see a project that has its own Blockchain. Utopia p2p is building a new generation crypto-currency world.

Well UtopiaP2P is sure amongst my top option on terms of cryptocurrency ecosystem. CRP crypton the native coin of Utopia p2p is an amazing coin that I see progressing in the nearest future .

Yea and UtopiaP2P has that in there pipeline. UtopiaP2P has tried to support other projects and they plan a launch pad.

Utopia p2p has not yet released their launch pad correct me if I am wrong and they have already released it, but for now they haven't
