Well stable coin like USDC had issues and got delisted from the dollar rating, the issue was between USDC and silicon valley bank this sort of things may be the reason people are scared of stable coin.

The issue happened weeks ago and it affected a lot of crypto currency investors investments because the issue also lead to the devaluation of DAI. Therefore it is enough for some crypto currency to fear stablecoin because of it.

Yes, it's enough to fear stablecoin because of it because there's no reason for a stablecoon project to back their holding with fiat currency when fiat was the reason why crypto currency was introduced by Satoshi Nakamoto then.

Does this mean USDC was delisted when it have an issue when the Silicon Valley Bank bankruptcy issue happened?
Because the last time I checked it seems that the stablecoin have the support of the US government but the bank support is something I don't like.
