Messi might decide to hang up his soccer boots permanently after his time with PSG is over but let's wait and see what happens.
I think Messi may decide to return to his home country and play for an Argentine club before retiring.
It’s possible that Messi could return to Barcelona once his contract with PSG is over. He has a strong relationship with the Barcelona organization, and the fans would love to see him return one day.

Lionel Messi may be drawn to the vibrancy of the MLS league and retire in the United States.

Messi may be tempted by other notable European clubs, such as Manchester City, whom he previously had negotiations with, to finish his career in a highly competitive league.

It's hard to tell which direction Messi will take, but his experience level and outstanding performance during his career ensure that he has plenty of options in the future.

Well many people would have thought this but the truth is that money is very important.

Money is very important but don't fail to understand that many of these players in question are already very rich.

Well know everyone is always looking for money and there is never a term that says there is enough money, so it's best they try to make more of their time.

Players are still trying to demand so much from themselves and are still trying to see how relevant they can be to their clubs and when the go off they then move to the lesser leagues.

Lukas modric is that type of player, and I think he still has so much to offer in the top leagues of the world and he would definitely be a first team player in real Madrid.

Some clubs from Saudi Arabia wanted to buy Modric but he declined, i would have thought he would take the offer, but Modric wants to stay in Madrid, i think he will play in Madrid for one more year before he leaves, and if he gets that kind of offer again, he is going to leave.

He still has some years to give while in the top flight leagues and he as very instrumental to the successes of Real Madrid over the past two seasons where they won the champions league, Laliga and Super cup (this season).
I look forward to seeing him have an equally good season next time around.

Manchester city are still yet to make any major signing this season. I hope they don't relent because they have already lost an important member of their team and can actually lose more

Well yes Manchester city are yet to make any major signing for next season but there is still so much time for that to be done so I believe yes they can actually still sign top talent.

I don't if this was new development but what I read some days ago is Luka Modric communicated his decision to Real Madrid that he wants to leave the club after receiving a €120m offer from Saudi Arabia.

It is what it is. Money is what's most important to some players and it's one of the things we talked about yesterday that money involved in the deal shouldn't be the main focus.

Yes, and in Modric situation I think after he carefully weighed the offer, it is believed that the 37-year-old has already informed the club of his decision, and Madrid will not oppose his departure because they regard him as a legend who has earned the right to select his own future.

According to what I read. I learn that Modric, and his teammate Karim Benzema, will be used to support Saudi Arabia's 2030 World Cup candidacy.

As a result, Modric would be able to maintain his friendship with Saudi even after his retirement, which is advantageous.
