Policymakers are in the early stages of determining how best to interact with cryptocurrencies, with current responses ranging from declaring them illegal and all that.
Policy makers are only making policies that will favor them in the long run, they do not care about the people that the policy concerns, but they pretend like these policies are meant to favor the masses. Governments will make policies against decentralized ecosystems because they do not control it.

Utopia p2p actually does not work with any scam projects. It has so much partnership but certainly working with scam projects is not amongst it so I have no worries about that.

The real estate business is always going to rise. It's a very great investment and one that I would advice. Personally I am into crypto-currency and also I am an investor in real estate.

Real estate doesn't see big swings in the market and is therefore relatively stable. Crypto, on the other hand, sees regular swings that can affect it or cause massive changes.

Before you send money or crypto to any person, you have to be sure of them, you have to check if they are legitimate, you don’t just send money anyhow. In p2p, the person would first send you fiat before you send them their crypto, if you have not received it, then you’ll not release.

Whatever you see on the internet have their main differenc in serving purposes and you might be shocked if you fall to believe them quickly without making your research.

Most of the things put up on the internet I agree may not be out of experience but some can be out of it but In situations where little or no resources are available for a particular background research, internet information if properly sieved will come in handy

Correct. You need also the guardian of a mentor so you don't ingest a wrong piece of information. Cryptocurrency is very delicate, one misinformation can ruin a lot of things.
