This is a temporary visual bug that first appeared a few months ago during a lot of network issues. I'm surprised to see it return now. Just report it to the team at https://support.u.is and let them look into it.

When, after restarting the PC, you enter utopia. The wallet balance is zero in the first minutes, you need to wait for you to sync with the network, and then it will show the actual balance. Once I got a very old database from the start of utopia, and I waited about 5 minutes for the network to sync

try reinstalling the utopia wallet... first turn off the PC and turn it on again

By the way, I have a similar problem synchronizing activities when I use messenger "Utopia" I do not still synchronize the order of correspondence or as their such history and applications together with the acceptance of contacts through a public key. What is the reason for the synchronization error?

I also sometime experience the synchronization error when using the messenger but I believe it has to do with the Internet network not from the Utopia end.

No, that seems to me to be a problem in Utopia. Such a technical solution probably, try it on different devices, exactly the same will be out of sync.
