You have a point but what's important the most is avoiding the wrong medication, practicing good hygiene, eating healthy, heal your mind and brain while also drinking enough water because most of the problem we have in the world is caused by these.

Going to the gym is a form of physical therapy but it is not absolute and should be combined with other healthy habits like only taking food which have good hygiene and are not harmful to our body, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water and protecting our mental health.

I am one of those people who literally live at work. I'm needed here, I know what I'm doing here. But of course I love spending time with my family. And when I can relax, I choose fishing, hiking, sometimes I just eat and sleep Anyway, I'm happy

We all know that healthy nutrition practice is essential to keep the body more clean and enzymes Workin perfectly but don't forget that most people that 80% of those that makes do of consistence exeecise tend to live long than those that only rely on foods.
