Bitcoin

Speaking of ALTCOINS (to Crypton), what does everyone think of Bitcoin (BTC)?  ;-)

Re: Bitcoin

Bitcoin is slow and has high transfer fees (about 3 dollars) per each transaction. It is popular because it is old and stable coin. Stable means feature stable and issues free (almost).

Re: Bitcoin

Bitcoin is a natural utopia. At the moment, it is centralized, and it requires huge resources to maintain the network. And the further, the more.

Miners will eventually become unprofitable to work with the bitcoin network, this is my forecast.

Re: Bitcoin

Call me old school , but Bitcoin gave birth to the concept which led to so much , btc has it's shortcomings, It might not be for daily fast transactional payments but it is the equivalent of gold.

Re: Bitcoin

I feel that Bitcoin's retirement is nearing because CRP has taken birth.    wink  smile
I hope this happens soon because we can't rely on it anymore. It's not completely anonymous and has possibility of getting tracked to its user. CRP is far better than BTC because of its design and abilities. Fixed fees, single wallet option, all-in-one application, Crypto Cards etc have made it much better. Also, there's no chance of a fork getting developed.

My conclusion: We can't rely on BTC much anymore.

Re: Bitcoin

At the moment, Bitcoin is in very bad hands. The exchanges fully control its price for their own purposes
