Mobile application would come 2023 and I am becoming very hopeful about that, but I don’t cry about it because I use the desktop application on my laptop and it’s really flexible.

It will be nice if the dev team release the mobile app next year. I also use a desktop applications but it will be nice to have the mobile application to complement the Utopia p2p service on the go.

I am not in need of the mobile application and I don't see any reason why I would need it. However, since a lot of supporters of the Utopia ecosystem requested and want the mobile application. I believe it will be good if the dev answers their request.

Although I love the desktop version of the application and I don’t have any issues with it. I still would prefer the mobile application, I am mostly on the go and having the option of the application being in my pocket is always welcome by me.

At the beginning of this year Utopia has not yet brought out their plans of for the year pls correct me if I am wrong, although I would like to see the full Mobile application out this year.

The android Mobile version is out, but if you are the type that like no issues like lagging, and other issues you can wait for the mobile version of the application itself.

We have the desktop version of the application and the android version of the Utopia application, so what else do you guys want, I think Utopia has a lot right now on their plate.

I see many people actually think the mobile application isn’t necessary, well that’s not the case, I believe the mobile application would come in very handy for us all.

Yes, we all expect the mobile app to be officially released but if we look into the performance of the Utopia desktop app client we will see that developing a mobile app that will provide the same quality will take time.
I have nothing against the desktop application of the Utopia p2p application, I also make use of it on a daily basis, it’s actually very informative and I have been able to interact more on it, but the issue here is that if there is a mobile application then it would make the application very much flexible and easy to carry around.
I've issues with using the desktop application.
Whenever I run the application my system starts lagging until I restart the system. I've tried rebooting the system severally. My system is 8gm ram and 512 rom. I dont know why I can't use it.

The mobile application would be out when the team decides on that. The team should for now focus more on trying to make available the NFT marketplace and also the smart token

Mobile application may also have a let down and that is mobile devices are more susceptible to hack and scam links. I have used my desktop device as my main system of work and I haven’t had any issues with it.

Some reason for mobile application over the desktop version of the application is mobility and flexibility, the main Mobile version of the application would bring more mobility and flexibility.

We can’t practically expect Utopia team to fulfill all our desires, no this isn’t even possible so in some things we still ought to exercise patience with them.

Yes, mobile devices are vulnerable to hacking and scam links, but at the same time, it also depends on the mobile device user because I have seen some people that use mobile device has their Bitcoin cold wallet.
If the user visits a porn site, uses free software, uses good anti-virus internet security, doesn't visit an untrusted site, and doesn't download the untrusted app there's no reason for a mobile device to be vulnerable to hacking.

Yea and if that be the case and from what I think The application is safer on a desktop device or any pc, it's just some inconvenience we can manage to bear If you ask me

No device is more susceptible than the other when it comes to hacks and malwares. It all depends on how it is used by the owner. If you click on random links over the internet and follow links on unsolicited messages or mails, you would get scammed whether on a mobile or desktop device.
You could be careful with your desktop, reason you are yet to be hacked.

Yea true but if we are to realistic we use our mobile device more often and are probably on more social media platforms with them so the realistic chances of getting malware is higher on your most user devices which is the mobile device

That is one way to look at it, but the time spent on a device is not proportional to the risk of the device getting compromised.
One can spend the whole day on a mobile device but only access innocuous websites and platforms taking no sensitive action, but on their PC they access more sensitive information and download a myriad of data for certain projects, increasing their susceptibility to get a malware.

Well I understand what you mean mate but for example you use your phone device more for your social media platforms the risk of you getting malware form unknown users are higher than that of someone using a computer device

There is higher chance of people getting scammed on device they use mostly on Social Media, although this rule is subjective but it has a high percentage of prevalence.

Mobile application well hopefully this year, I am not really sure but I would really be anticipating it dropping anyways.

Despite there being a lot of activities handled by the Utopia p2p team, I also believe we will hear a piece of good news about the mobile application this year so the ecosystem can get more traffic since privacy is becoming more important than before in the cryptocurrency market.

I believe the mobile application would be a reasonable addition into the Utopia p2p ecosystem. But I strongly feel that even if we get the mobile application now some people would still use the desktop version.

Well yes people like me would still be a strong user of the desktop application regardless of if the mobile application come out this year because I am bullish about it

Even if a mobile application comes out right now what are the chances that there won't be some bugs on it and how smoothly would it run.
