Simple feature idea: Show exact read receipts/time for messages

Hey team,

I was thinking about how we handle messaging in chats and had an idea to make the user experience a bit smoother.

Right now, we get the standard checkmarks to see if a message went through, but we can't see exactly when the other person read it. What if we added a detailed read receipt system? (I attached a mockup screenshot to show exactly what I mean).

The idea is that if you long-press or tap on a message you sent, the options menu would display the exact date and time it was read at the very top—like "read Jun 05 at 4:30 PM."

I think this would be incredibly helpful for a few reasons:
• It takes away the guessing game of wondering when someone saw your message.
• It's perfect for coordinating tasks in group channels where timing is important.
• It makes the messenger feel a lot more complete, professional, and up to speed with other modern chat apps.

Let me know what you all think about adding a detailed read time menu!

It's a privacy focused platform, don't you think such details will be sharing way too much information with the sender ? even if by default this option is off from settings
