I like this idea but I read the gitbook information about this Utopia bot that was said to bridge messages between messengers and I don't see anything that describes how it will be used. I'm missing the point because I don't have tech knowledge about the concept.

Same here. I don't see any information that describes how to use the bot but I don't maybe I lack some technical knowledge in the area of using and setting up a bot.
