There must be a reason for limiting one mining bot per machine (as of today). Probably it wouldn't be a good idea to keep Utopia Client App and Utopia Miner in the same phone.

That's true, even so it seems to me an interesting option considering the large number of mobile devices that are in circulation.

Re: Utopia Mobile Application

Yes, one scenario would be having UAM on a tablet while the client app is on the phone.

Re: Utopia Mobile Application

However, since some mobile providers do not assign static IP addresses, this would be a no-go for UAM to work on Android.

It is unlikely because yet the processors of ARM phones are not adapted for it, will need a lot of RAM to resolve this issue and work with the system android c taking into account what it may be a closed distribution (and it happens), well, the power capacity that makes at the moment mining on the phone is not effective.

In principle, the technical stuff can be separated and used separately. But the problem is that eating more RAM and not understandable work and with the heating of such a processor will be a problem. But it is possible to use a separate phone for such needs.

I agree with you here, too.

I guess not with these technologies.

Well, we will have to wait for the change in technology, I remember all the things that seemed impossible on Symbian and are now everyday on Android.

Re: Utopia Mobile Application

Even if mining won't be a choice in Android, the adoption of Utopia will skyrocket upon the release of Utopia P2P Client app for Android, which is very good. This will attract many new users to the ecosystem, thus making it stronger in all ways.

Re: Utopia Mobile Application

For these last 2 posts I think there was a definite answer, but it disappeared somewhere?

In the meantime, we have to get past the semiconductor supply crisis at this point in time.

It would be interesting if the developers of Utopia would develop an OS with more and advanced features.

Let's hope that in today's world, people use mobile phones much more than computers. It would be very good publicity for the network.

No it won't, the phone is as weak and the IP is dynamic on the phone. Which makes mining on the phone not possible.

Utopia on the phone is already out but it takes time to make it usable for the end user. It only has a small amount of some features, so far the desktop version of Utopia is much better.
