#126 Re: General Discussion » What roles does the poor play in the Cryptocurrecy market? » 2023-06-28 21:58:06

I do not think poor people have any defined role in the crypto market at all. They have very limited purchasing power and would only make up a small minority of the entire coins in circulation. Collectively they can pull a higher purchasing power but not everyone is interested in cryptocurrency.

#128 Re: General Discussion » What do you guys know that caused the failure of some pre-mined projec » 2023-06-28 21:54:05

The mere reason that they are pre mined already gives off the sense that it is a centralized system and the developers can easily enrich themselves by creating tons of tokens for themselves and then dumping later on investors.

It is best to mine it gradually overtime at a controlled rate.

Do you mean an alternative decentralized exchange? There is one which is mentioned often and that is bisq. i do not think CRP is listed on it at this time but it is a very decentralized exchange which gives you full control.

I cannot wait for the season to resume and the new signings play for their new clubs.

This is down to the particular project you are looking at. Some like utopia are designed to be completely decentralized and you can only break this if you choose to store crp on a wallet you do not control like a centralized exchange.

Cryptojacking is the unauthorized use of someone’s computer to mine cryptocurrency. This is typically done by installing malware on the victim’s computer that uses their processing power to mine cryptocurrency without their knowledge or consent.

The crazy part is one way or the other they would have to give consent for malwares to be installed on their device. They will disguise it as a harmless application and hope that you download it without doing any research into it.
When they have gotten the malware in they now plan how to manipulate your wallets.

I agree. There is a saying about how a fish has to open its mouth for it to be caught by the hook. The same applies with scammers who use something as bait to hook in their victim and then start demanding something from them.
Some even send you money first so you think its legitimate.

I have not looked at it this way but it actually does offer some sort of protection to users of this forum. For you to privately communicate with anyone you have to publicly post your other handles like telegram so others can message you.

Cryptocurrencies have no legislated or intrinsic value; they are simply worth what people are willing to pay for them in the market. This is in contrast to promoting the government effort.

You should do more research before making such comments about intrinsic value. Many projects are created out of thin air with no product but other projects have a foundation and are backed by usecases which gives it value.

Centralization is not a good thing at all. Centralization come with lots of baggage and restricts the control the asset holder has over it, your bank can decide that you cannot access your funds and you cannot do anything about it.
Decentralization is the way to go.

It is impossible to recover a coin after it has been transferred to a different wallet. You can only try to trace the hacker and try to get them indicted and have their wallets forfeited.
You cannot reverse transactions.
