What do you mean mate, I guess you are new here? I really advice you to do your research on Utopia p2p and understand what this project is truly all about first.
Honestly I was expecting to see more use of avatar by people seeing that the topic has actually been discussed but I see no one talking about it so what's the reason.
Well for now I don't think there is any use or reason to actually use an avatar, I believe maybe when we start getting something like a working service section then we can talk about using the avatar.
I doubt any Utopia forum member will lose CRP with the guidance on steps for transaction, and how to keep Ones private data safe and protected from scammers
Well the problem is that generally the newbies entering the Cryptocurrency space aren't spending time to actually read or learn about things they just jump into the ecosystem

The Utopia set that option in to recover account and the support can also help to keep tab on the actions taking on the prepaid.
Yes there is a way to recover accounts in crypton exchange and although I have not tried it myself it won't be easy as you actually did not provide some sensitive information.
