It takes Ignorance and a small mind to borrow money for any investment. After reading the statement and others I come to the conclusion that it's not ignorant to borrow money for an investment if we do it the right way.

It depends on some cases cause it doesn't have to do with the most needed features. If the most needed require sometime the development team can shift attention to the quick upgrade.

The UtopiaP2P developer team giving us the best version of the UtopiaP2P mobile application is the reason why I believe we shouldn't force the release of the mobile application because it will release when the time is right.

Yes, and there's no way Binance will work outside the contract between them and the government of the country they choose to operate. Besides, this reminds me of the news of Binance's planning to delist some high-privacy crypto assets such as Monero.

With the high level of privacy provided by Crypton coin which I believe surpasses the Monero coin and what you said then we shouldn't expect the listing of Crypton coin Binance.
