Problem: My problem is occurring while attempting to register on the Crypton Exchange. I am attempting to register using the above key, and am receiving an error (error 107 to be precise).
Comments: I have made sure there are no spaces trailing on any of the fields. I have tried making the name contain a space, no space, and separated by a -.
Thank you in advance for any input!

PK - D9D2FFD70D50519707C3C7DCBE7D6F52DCFB3746432B7E78E7BE0D972B139E6B
I sent transaction
C5B422400DBB2848995543103AA7D990BBA513AE6551A36CAE0E1232C3827A16
from CRP.IS exchange to the wallet
D9D2FFD70D50519707C3C7DCBE7D6F52DCFB3746432B7E78E7BE0D972B139E6B
But the funds did not come. Please help me.
P.S. Perhaps I sent funds by mistake to the Crypton Exchange wallet 30B3E72F1E71805E49F4AB8C444AC5908C0044B46196D39B5C2810D80453B235
Is it reversible? Amount 699.xxxxx CRP

Ok, I have tested the withdrawal system;
1) Although deposits are only credited to your account if they arrive from your public key, Crypton Exchange does allow you to withdraw to a public key other than your own. I sent a test withdrawal of 5 CRP to your PK.
2) When the user accidentally tries to withdraw CRP to the Public Key of the deposit address, 30B3E72F1E71805E49F4AB8C444AC5908C0044B46196D39B5C2810D80453B235, the exchange produces an error (because CRP never actually moves), but does subtract that amount from your exchange account. So this is a bug. It can be fixed by only allowing withdrawals to the public key associated with the account.
I will get support's attention to this now in the exchange chat.

If you go into your wallet in the LATOKEN account itself, then go to TRANSACTIONS tab instead of ASSETS, you will see that LATOKEN has labeled each deposit or withdrawal with what they confusingly call a "TxHash" which is internal only to their systems and not associated with Utopia itself. They even have some links out to Tron scan, unfortunately. So just reference this TxHash number when discussing your deposit or withdrawal with their support staff.

According to what I have read about this thread, it is very much active since it was created by the user which appears to be the Crypton exchange support.

It's hard to know if the user is indeed Crypton support because any user of this forum can have the user name and I will be sure if the user is Crypton exchange support if only confirmed by the forum moderators.

I agree with you and there won't be any reason to doubt if the user is Crypton exchange support if this thread was created by some of these forum moderators.

Yes and for the record this thread could be the reason why we are getting good services so far from the Crypton exchange because I never have issues when using it except for the limited trading pairs.
