There is no difference between the poker game you say you are used to and what can be found on the utopia platform, they are both the same thing, since you are used to playing poker, you can play it with other players on the utopia platform, i guess it would be fun playing games with people who are interested in Utopia like yourself.

You know artificial intelligence is a growing discussion all over the world today, and with the latest development of chatGPT, people are even talking about it more, the original poster is only looking for our thoughts on AI, for me i think it has its advantages and disadvantages, and everyone has to choose for themselves which one outweighs the other, the world is evolving and we can’t deny how important technology is to this our constant evolution.

We should keep pressing the matter for a service board I believe it’s something that can happen in the forum, although the team would have to co-sign it though if not it may not be possible.

Honestly i don’t think we have any chance of getting a service board anytime soon, and i think i understand why, there is lack of traffic and most importantly has to be the issue of trust, before you can give someone a job and pay them, there has to be a level of trust and assurance that they would deliver on the job. Maybe we would get to the point that these things would no longer be a problem, but they are right now, and might be part of the reasons why a service board won’t be created now.

Well i understand what you are saying, but there is what is called off topic, something like this can be called that, yes the reason why we are here is utopia and its ecosystem, but it doesn’t stop us from discussing about other unrelated real life issues. And by the way it is a channel hosted by a utalk member and not in the utalk forum, so i don’t think there is anything wrong with it.

It was indeed a strange event, i didn’t watch the match live so i didn’t see when this happened, but i have watched replays about it and i think it is very funny, and at the same time disappointing, i don’t think things like these should be happening at that level of football, if it happens in the lower leagues, then it is understandable, but unacceptable at this level.

It isn’t only a newbie problem, there are older crypto people who make some really bad mistakes, i think it is a problem that comes with a lack of research, people who do their research hardly make some kind of mistakes, but people who just jump into crypto lose their money very fast. When one does their research and compares all the advice gotten, they will know what is right from wrong.

I have not heard too much about privacy coins being used as a payment option around the world, people need to understand that Bitcoin isn’t a privacy coin even if it is decentralized, and that is why it is easily used globally. Government do not like privacy coins and they usually have a problem wit them. CRP is going to grow, but i am not too sure about how well it will be used for payment.

That is not how it works, utopia and Latoken exchange are two different entities, utopia do not investigate whatever happens in latoken exchange, so they cannot talk about the matter if they do not have the details or facts. People are the ones to do their own research about latoken and decide if they want to continue using it all not. What utopia has to do, and they have already done is to provide a safe enviroment for people to trade.

#710 Re: General Discussion » What do you enjoy doing outside of crypto? » 2023-01-18 17:48:37

Does anyone do day-trading of crypto for fun, i know day-trading is serious business and requires knowledge and commitment, i also know there are poeple who take it as their full time job. But there are other set of people who do day-trading just for fun, they use it to learn how to time the market and to know the crypto that has potential and the one that does not, though this group do not put a lot of money into it.

The truth is that many people take crypto as something that gives quick money, but it is not, any crypto program that promises to give you quick money is nothing but a scam. Every good crypto takes time to grow and returns on investment do not come too quickly. If you are a new investor and you have just bought CRP, hold it for the long run.

I think regulating the channels will reduce spam and also lower the chances of scammers in the forum. Any good thing needs to be monitored and regulated. Without regulations, it will lose its original plan and vision which is not a good sign of growth.

I know regulation is good in terms of keeping law and order, but in a decentralized network like utopia, regulation is going to be difficult to do and it would be going contrary to how utopia wants to operate. Regulation is mostly concerned with centralized services, but decentralized services work without regulation, it is the users in the decentralized ecosystem that have most of the work to do by themselves.

That would have been a good feature here, but it isn’t totally so, i think newbies will find it difficult in this forum because most times questions remain unanswered, and you can hardly find a moderator to ask something peculiar about the uTalk forum. I know there are some members who help newbies out here, but i think the forum moderation has a lot to improve on.

Yeah, i have talked about uJob on the uJob thread, and even though it seems inactive for now, i don’t think it is a bad idea if we can revive it, if you have job ads you can post it there for free and if you want to apply for jobs you can go there and apply for jobs that employers have placed ads for. It is a great idea to get people earning through doing some tasks.

Barcelona were better than real madrid on that day and they deserved to win the match and the trophy, but it doesn’t make real madrid the worst team of 2023, the year just started and the supercopa isn’t really a big trophy. Madrid are still in the race to retain their La Liga and champions league trophies.

The original poster meant to start a channel for people interested in literature, i don’t see anything wrong in it, i really like literature and it helps me ease stress, the channel can be a sort of meeting point for people in utopia who love to write. It is different from a local section, which we do not even have yet; starting these sort of unrelated channels can help with utopia traffic.

Just like people who keep their crypto inside exchanges and when something happens to the exchange they blame the network, while it was their own fault. In the crypto industry one has to be careful and always go for the safest and best choice. You should not make a mistake, then do your research later; you should do research first so you will not make a mistake.

That is just the fact, and that is why investors have to always be patient, when you invest in a project, do not expect to start making profits immediately, it takes time for that to happen, as long as it is a good project, it will continue to grow, all you have to do is patiently hold. I am accumulating CRP for sometime now and i will hold it, i believe in the next 2 years CRP could be as high as 2$ or more.

They can lock the thread and open it for future contests. Or leave it permanently closed and open a new thread if there is a new contest in the future.

Utopia ecosystem itself is secured and privacy oriented, so if you decide to play the gane you are of course anynymous because while registering on utopia there isn’t any kyc requirement. So it is an easy thing to play this game anonymously with other players. I don’t know how many people are actually playing this game on utopia, but i don’t think it will be much, people come to utopia for many things other than games.

Most customers don't appreciate that because with that there will be a delay in the treatment process.

It doesn’t matter if you are the co-owner of the hospital or not, if you are going to make any crypto a payment option in your hospital, it has to be a crypto that people would want to pay you with, it has to be a global cryptocurrency. You should also look at the laws in your country regarding privacy coins before you do anything, so that the police do not come for you.

#722 Re: Questions and Help » What is your favorite feature on uTalk? » 2023-01-16 11:12:27

uTalk is just a forum for us to talk about the utopia project and other cryptocurrencies too, there isn’t much to talk about in terms of features, the forum is easy to use by the way, that is if we can call that a feature; it also has a good user interface that is easily adaptable. I don’t think anyone will struggle to post on this forum, even if they have never used a crypto forum before, so in my opinion what i love most is that the forum is easy to use.

I would have to agree with that, even though it isn’t technically an airdrop; but it is much better to use dollar cost averaging to invest in CRP coin, rather than looking for airdrops and faucets that would not benefit you in the long run. The number of people joining in airdrops have reduced, and that is because they now know that crypto has better things to offer them.

It is not possible yet, there are only three cryptos that are popular for buying NFT, and that is ETH, SOL and MATIC, no other crypto is popular for NFT purchase, and that includes CRP, but after this thread was created i found out that the utopia team have a plan to create their own NFT marketplace, so maybe we have to wait for that time to be able to buy NFT with CRP.
