Well yes it won't be very accurate if you try to predict a coin but I think it's not rock science to know that CRP crypton is a coin that would definitely do well in the future.

At some point some sites should develop means to identify this hackers when they try to take over their websites, so they won’t create bad names for them and good security measures online that can bring this scammers to public book
Well many sites in cryptocurrency has employed very technical savvy guys to help them prevent hackers from getting assess to their site
I don't know why that user is always supporting scams and to me it's very unnecessary, there are many newbies here that has no good knowledge about crypto-currency so let guide them well

Well with fact that Utopia p2p protects once privacy and security and this project has amazing useful utilities it makes it a good project to be part of.
Well were are the Pepe fans now? I see no one make too much noise about the project any more, I always known it was all about hype. And now the hype has faded.
Checking coin market cap you can see that Pepe has gone down the ladder although some investors would still be adamant and keep buying it .

You're right about not underestimating the potential and programming capacity used to create the Crypton coin and the whole UtopiaP2P ecosystem at large because everything was initiated by we'll experience developer. They did a lot of research either before they created the ecosystem and every drawback is fixed. However, the user didn't underestimate the Crypton coin.
Well developers are important aspect of every projects team, they really put in Alot of time and efforts for the growth of the project.

Investing in real estate is volatile in the sense that the price always very often go up, it's difficult to see the price of a land property go down.
