First, it is a great idea to propose the addition of CRP as a payment option where you work, i read a thread here the other day about merchants that have CRP as a payment option in their business, and i thought it to be a great thing, if it where to be your personal business i would have suggested you make CRP a payment option immediately. But since it is where you work, i guess the decision isn’t solely in your hands and you can only make a suggestion, you can suggest CRP by the way, but i am sure the majority of workers would suggest bitcoin, which is a global currency.
I'm a co-owner of the hospital.
Are there ways I can facilitate this process without incurring loss or scams? Sometimes network can be so bad that it takes a longer time to confirm transactions.
Most customers don't appreciate that because with that there will be a delay in the treatment process.

To include a new medium of payment there has to be some sort of demand for it from the customers. Is there a demand among the hospital customers for a crypto related medium of payment and how popular is that demand? After answering this question, then you can decide whether or not to go ahead with it.
The likely challenges you will face is in demand and whether or not to hold in the crypto or convert to fiat.
You also have to consider the legal standings of crypto in the country.
Yes, I've customers requesting it.
Most of them have been in an emergency where by they've not converted their cryptocurrencies to pounds since it's an emergency and they need to deposit payment before any treatment can occur.
Sometimes I've to share my wallet address with them to make a deposit then I pay with my debit card with fiat.
I'm also no longer comfortable sharing my wallet address with strangers. And also sometimes I may not have enough on my debit card to sort the bills.

Here in the UK, the hospital where I work, we're looking forward to accepting cryptocurrency as one of our mediums of payment.
Has anyone here done that before? What was your experience? Are there any challenges if they're, how did you overcome them?

It is normal that people would regret because they aren’t early adopters, but i don’t think they should, it is possible that even if some of us were early adopters we would not have held the coins we bought or mined then till now, we would have sold them a long time ago and wouldn’t have benefitted from all time high price. The majority of people focus on the past in how much cryptocurrency was worth back then and the price it has attained now. I'll encourage everyone to forget about the past and focus on the future because the best is yet to come.

As I understand it, right now it is not possible to transfer ownership (admin rights) of the channel to another person. Suppose I want to sell the channel in the future, would it be possible to do so? Or do I need to create a separate account for each channel?
Selling a channel is not really a good idea.
It is better off taking some breaks and coming back to it when you can. That is when you're capable of doing it yourself. The person you're selling it to might not share the same vision with you and as such this beautiful idea of yours can die.

I don't know if they have already, but they're supposed to have an official Twitter account so that they can reach as much audience as possible. It is not everyone that understands the forum like you and me. It is a bit complex.

Yes, we all expect the mobile app to be officially released but if we look into the performance of the Utopia desktop app client we will see that developing a mobile app that will provide the same quality will take time.
I have nothing against the desktop application of the Utopia p2p application, I also make use of it on a daily basis, it’s actually very informative and I have been able to interact more on it, but the issue here is that if there is a mobile application then it would make the application very much flexible and easy to carry around.
I've issues with using the desktop application.
Whenever I run the application my system starts lagging until I restart the system. I've tried rebooting the system severally. My system is 8gm ram and 512 rom. I dont know why I can't use it.

I think so too, i have hardly seen a moderator drop a comment or correct a misconception, it would be great if they can come in and comment once in a while, it would help the forum members to know that the moderators are actually seeing their suggestions and would probably do something about them in the future. The forum is on the right part, with a little more effort we would get the desired numbers or traffic.
I agree with your opinion on this.
They need to come around and say something at least that will give us the vibe that we're been heard and listened to. There are some adjustments here and there. As you said with a few touches we will get the desired results.

The seminar idea is a good one but seminar that have to do with people not receiving something in return for their time won't have enough participant. Do some flyers about Utopia p2p ecosystem, and uVoucher will be added to the flyer so the read could try out CRP coin.
Of cause that's true.
We can also offer some charity stuff to people and probably visit the less privileged in the community and I believe this will lead to a massive turnout. Humans in general loves when love is extended.
When that is done, it stimulates everyone including our targeted audience which will take us to the next level.

I proposed this idea because, currently wish we have everything from email, chat ... but still lack an extremely important platform like Facebook, Twitter.
Why don't we build a Utopia-branded platform like what Facebook and Twitter are doing.
That is a great idea.
But I feel it won't yield the kind of result we wish for.
There is a lot of shit that makes Twitter and Facebook grow that this community can't handle. I think this forum is the best we can have.
It is just a personal opinion though.

I think the number of people accepting CRP in their business has increased over the last year and i expect it to go higher in the next 12 months or so. There's already a demand for privacy coins in the cryptocurrency market but I think we the enthusiast of the Utopia p2p project also need to push Utopia USD (UUSD) instead of pushing CRP coin alone. I'm just suggesting this since UUSD is one of its kind in the market now.

The jobs AIs has generated are far less than the job they've taken away.
These AIs make a lot of people jobless.
We're talking about people only form or source of livelihood.
It's heartbreaking and it hurts more that people are not seeing the dangers AIs are bringing to humanity.

I expect the mods understand the need for Captcha on the forum and how it would help prevent bots from spamming the whole place. There can also be a captcha bypass after registration so one does not have to deal with it everytime they logged in.
